By installing and using the MakeQuote application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MakeQuote is a Shopify application that enables 3D printing businesses to offer instant quotes to their customers. The Service includes:

• STL file upload and analysis
• Real-time quote calculation
• 3D model preview
• Shopping cart integration
• Order management tools

3. Account Requirements

To use MakeQuote, you must:

• Have an active Shopify store
• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account

4. Subscription and Billing

MakeQuote offers multiple subscription plans billed through Shopify's billing system. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees according to your selected plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Accept that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Customer Data

You retain all rights to data uploaded by you or your customers. We process customer files solely to provide the quoting service. Customer files are automatically deleted after 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

MakeQuote and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MakeQuote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify users of significant changes through email or in-app notifications.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
